چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی چگونگی تأثیر فناوری‌های IoT بر افزایش کارایی، شفافیت، و انعطاف‌پذیری زنجیره‌های تأمین در کسب‌وکارهای نوپا و شناسایی مزایا و چالش‌های مربوطه انجام شده است. روش تحقیق کیفی اتخاذ شده و شامل مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۲۲ شرکت‌کننده از شرکت‌های نوپای مختلف فعال در عملیات زنجیره تأمین بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل مضمونی برای شناسایی مضامین و مفاهیم کلیدی انجام شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که فناوری‌های IoT به طور قابل توجهی به بهبود کارایی، شفافیت، و انعطاف‌پذیری در زنجیره‌های تأمین کمک می‌کنند. علاوه بر این، ادغام IoT با فناوری بلاکچین اعتماد و امنیت را در زنجیره‌های تأمین افزایش می‌دهد. با این حال، نگرانی‌های مهمی در مورد امنیت داده‌ها و حریم خصوصی به عنوان چالش‌های عمده شناسایی شدند. این مطالعه به این نتیجه می‌رسد که فناوری‌های IoT پتانسیل قابل توجهی برای ارائه مزیت‌های رقابتی به کسب‌وکارهای نوپا در عملیات زنجیره تأمین خود دارند. مدیریت مؤثر چالش‌های امنیتی و حفظ حریم خصوصی برای به حداکثر رساندن مزایای ادغام IoT ضروری است.

This study aims to explore how IoT technologies can enhance the efficiency, transparency, and flexibility of supply chains in startup businesses, addressing the potential benefits and challenges. A qualitative research methodology was adopted, utilizing semi-structured interviews with 22 participants from various startup companies engaged in supply chain operations. Data analysis was performed using thematic analysis to identify key themes and concepts. The research findings indicate that IoT technologies significantly contribute to improving supply chain efficiency, transparency, and flexibility. Furthermore, the integration of IoT with blockchain technology enhances trust and security within supply chains. However, data security and privacy concerns were identified as major challenges. The study concludes that IoT technologies hold substantial potential to provide competitive advantages to startup businesses in their supply chain operations. Effective management of security and privacy challenges is crucial for maximizing the benefits of IoT integration.
