بررسی تاثیرات کارکنان خلاق بر فناوری اطلاعات در ادارات دولتی شهر کرمان

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل کارکنان خلاق بر اساس فناوری اطلاعات در سازمانهای دولتی شهر کرمان بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر از دو گروه تشکیل شد، گروه اول شامل خبرگان آشنا با تئوریهای خلاقیت و گروه دوم شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمانهای دولتی شهر کرمان (29697 نفر) میباشد، که در تمامی ادارات دولتی این شهر مشغول به انجام وظیفه میباشند که با توجه به فرمول کوکران 380 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند.متدولوژی انجام تحقیق توصیفی ـ پیمایشی بوده و روش نمونهگیری مورد استفاده در این تحقیق تصادفی خوشهای بود. در زمینه جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای کارکنان خلاق و فناوری اطلاعات كه روایی آنها به ترتیب 94.9/0، 93.8/0 و دارای پایایی 99.1/0، 94.6/0 میباشند، استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشها و آزمونهای آماری در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی نظیرآزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون t تک متغیره، آزمون کولموگروف - اسمیرنوف، و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و از نرم افزارهای SPSS ویراست 21، MINITAB ویراست 17 و LISREL ویراست 8/8 استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین کارکنان خلاق با فنآوری اطلاعات در سازمانهای دولتی شهر کرمان رابطه وجود دارد. بین محیط درون سازمانی، عوامل فردی، عوامل گروهی، عوامل سازمانی، محیط برون سازمانی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل سیاسی، عوامل تکنولوژی کارکنان خلاق با فناوری اطلاعات در سازمانهای دولتی شهر کرمان رابطه وجود دارد.
