ارائه الگوی توسعه تكنولوژی مبتنی بر اتحاد استراتژیك در صنعت خودرو ایران

توسعه تکنولوژی مبتنی بر اتحادهای استراتژیک در صنعت خودرو به عنوان یک استراتژی مهم در چند دهه اخیر مطرح بوده است. این پژوهش برحسب نحوه گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی- تحلیلی میباشد و همچنین از نظر رویکرد پژوهش استقرایی- قیاسی میباشد. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه با 17 نفر از خبرگان در حوزه صنعت خودروسازی ایران و اساتیدی که در زمینه تخصصی تکنولوژی در مدیریت استراتژیک فعالیت علمی و پژوهشی داشته اند به صورت هدفمند بود. با استفاده از مطالعه کتاب ها، مقالات و تحقیقات مرتبط سوالات اولیه مصاحبه شکل گرفت و مصاحبهها آن قدر ادامه پیدا نمود تا در نفر 15 اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. بعد از فراهم کردن متن نوشتاری جوابهای مشارکت کنندگان، روند بررسی محتوای آشكار و پنهان اطلاعات گردآوری شده از بیانات و نوشتهها شروع شد. هدف این فرایند استخراج مولفههای ارائه الگوی توسعه تكنولوژی مبتنی بر اتحاد استراتژیك در صنعت خودرو ایران با رویکرد کیفی داده بنیاد بود. جهت تحلیل متن مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته از روش تحلیل استراوس و کوربین (1998) به کمک نرمافزار مکس کیو دی ای استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد در مجموع 203 کد باز اولیه به دست آمد. بعد از حذف کدهای تکراری و ادغام کدهای مشابه تعداد 78 کد باز نهایی استخراج شد. پس از تحلیل متن مصاحبهها در این تحقیق 14 کد محوری در 6 کدانتخابی بدست آمد. نتایج نشان میدهد که شناسایی نیازهای مشتریان از طریق تحلیل دادهها و نظرسنجی، به طراحی محصولات منطبق بر ترجیحات آنان منجر میشود. فناوریهای مدرن مانند هوش مصنوعی و دادهکاوی، ابزارهای قدرتمندی برای شناسایی الگوهای رفتاری مشتریان هستند. همسویی طراحی محصولات با نیازهای فرهنگی و اقتصادی مشتریان، وفاداری آنان را تقویت میکند. تجربه شرکتهای موفق جهانی نشان میدهد که این رویکرد به افزایش سهم بازار منجر میشود.
