الگوی مدیریت عملكرد نظام مطالعات خط‌مشی در جغرافیای ایران (مورد مطالعه مرکز پژوهش‌های مجلس شورای اسلامی)

مقاله حاضر تلاش دارد به مسئله مدیریت عملکرد نظام مطالعات خط‌مشی بپردازد. الگوی عملكرد با روش مطالعات کیفی، از طریق تحلیل مضامین و کدهای استخراج شده از مصاحبه با خبرگان مرتبط با نظام مطالعات خط‌مشی، الگوی عملکرد مرکز پژوهش‌های مجلس طراحی می‌گردد. مقاله حاضر یک پژوهش ترکیبی (مختلط) می‌باشد و از جنبه هدف، کاربردی خواهد بود. جامعه آماری بخش کمی این تحقیق، 123 نفر از خبرگان اجرایی می‌باشند و برای طراحی الگو از روش مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری استفاده شده است. نتایج مقاله نشان می‌دهند مضامین الگوی مدیریت عملكرد شامل سیاست‌ها و خط مشی‌ها، مسئولیت اجتماعی، اعتمادسازی و شفافیت، مدیریت، آموزش، منابع انسانی و انسجام درونی بوده است. براساس محاسبات مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری مشخص شده است که «آموزش» متغیر مستقل برون‌زا است که هیچ متغیری در مدل بر آن تاثیر ندارد. متغیر سیاست‌ها و خط‌مشی‌ها درون‌زا هستند و متغیر «منابع انسانی» متغیرهای وابسته می‌باشند. همچنین متغیر مدیریت نقش میانجی ایفا می‌کند.
